Nutritious Diet and Healthy Weight Boosts Fertility

Obesity is known to cause infertility. It is important to work out regularly and maintain a healthy diet and normal body weight. If you don’t know what a normal body weight is for you, you can search on google for height and weight charts and see where you fall.





You should opt for healthier alternatives throughout your day and structure meals with an appropriate portion. This will not only increase your chances at getting pregnant it will expose your baby to a nutritious environment.


Studies show that losing as little as 5 percent of your body weight may increase your chances of pregnancy. Also researchers say your body’s weight is attributed to 70% what you eat and 30% of your daily workout.


Women who are underweight are exposed to risk factors as well, you should talk to your primary care physician to determine what a healthy weight would be.


Balancing a caloric and nutrient intake can take some time to learn, meeting with a fertility specialist or a nutritionist can help ensure your new eating plan is sufficient for your daily activities.
