About Dr. Allen Morgan

More than three decades in reproductive medicine.
Dr. Morgan is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and obstetrician-gynecologist. He founded Morgan Fertility in 1993 and has spent more than 30 years helping patients navigate fertility decisions.
He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Kentucky. More than 10,000 babies have been born through his programs.

What is a fertility second opinion?
A fertility second opinion is an independent review of your records to help you understand prior treatment and prepare questions for your treating physician. Dr. Allen Morgan personally performs each review.
Do I need to be a patient of Morgan Fertility?
No. The proposed record-review service is intended for people receiving fertility care elsewhere. You remain under the care of your current physician. Our team must confirm availability and eligibility for your location before accepting a review; international availability is not yet confirmed.
Will Dr. Morgan treat me or prescribe medication?
Not through this proposed record-review service. It is an educational review of existing records, not an examination, test order, prescription, or treatment plan. The report is intended to inform discussions with your treating physician. If you want to establish care at Morgan Fertility, ask the team about a separate consultation and location-specific eligibility.
How much does a fertility second opinion cost?
The proposed Written Case Review is $500 USD. The proposed Case Review + Video Consultation is $1,000 USD and includes a 45-minute discussion with Dr. Morgan. Both include a written report and one round of clarifying questions. Fees and service terms require final approval and team confirmation. No payment is collected on this page.
What records should I prepare?
Prepare the records you already have: fertility test results, hormone testing, IVF cycle summaries, stimulation protocols, embryology reports, semen analyses, operative notes, and prior physician letters. Our team will explain what is needed and how to provide it after confirming eligibility. Do not send records through regular email or the appointment form.
What if my records are in another language?
Records in English are preferred. Please contact the team before booking if your records are in another language. Accepted languages, translation arrangements, and any additional costs must be confirmed in advance.
How should I share my medical information?
Use only the record-transfer method confirmed directly by our team after eligibility has been reviewed. This page does not collect medical records. Do not attach records to regular email or put medical history, identification documents, or test results in the general appointment form. The team must confirm the approved record-handling process before a review can begin.
Can my partner join the video consultation?
Yes. The proposed 45-minute video option welcomes your partner. Please tell our team when coordinating the discussion, and share your partner’s records only with their consent.
What is the proposed refund and rescheduling policy?
The proposed policy is a full refund if the team determines from your intake that a meaningful review cannot be provided. Once the review has begun, fees would be non-refundable. Video consultations could be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. These terms are pending legal approval and must be confirmed before any payment is taken.
Can I add a video consultation after the written review?
Under the proposed options, you may add a 45-minute video consultation within 30 days of receiving your report for the $500 difference in fee. Availability and the final upgrade terms must be confirmed by our team.
How soon will I receive my review?
The proposed turnaround for a written report is within 7 business days of receiving complete records. If essential records are missing, the team will let you know before the review begins. Video consultations are expected to be scheduled within 7–10 business days, with the report available before the call. Timing and appointment availability must be confirmed by the team.

- Availability depends on licensure, your location, and the approved scope of the service. Ask our team about your state or country before booking. International eligibility has not been confirmed. Establishing care with Morgan Fertility requires a separate process.

- A review is based only on the information you provide. Missing or inaccurate records may limit its usefulness. The team must confirm the approved consent and record-transfer process before accepting records.

- Fertility outcomes depend on many factors. A review cannot guarantee a diagnosis, a particular treatment option, or a successful pregnancy.
