Working within the clinic's CAP-certified embryology laboratory, Kerri oversees high-complexity testing, maintains strict quality control standards, and ensures that every protocol meets or exceeds CLIA compliance requirements.

Kerri earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, providing her with a strong foundation in the life sciences that underpin reproductive medicine. She went on to obtain her Technical Supervisor certification from the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB), a board within the American Association of Bioanalysts (AAB) -- one of the highest-level laboratory certifications available, demonstrating her expertise in overseeing complex laboratory procedures in embryology and andrology.

In the lab, Kerri is responsible for the careful handling of gametes and embryos, performing critical procedures including ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection), embryo culture, embryo biopsy for genetic testing (PGT), vitrification (freezing), and embryo transfers.
